The property was clean and staff was supper friendly and amicable. The location was wonderful - near core Venice sights and transport access, and all the main tourist spots. Also, it was 25 minutes on foot from North Shore. Got the same good-sized and unique single room with a good shower booked online, loved that.

The stay here was really nice for 2 nights. They gave us good-sized single room with super comfy beds. The location was lovely, and we could reach Saint Mark's Square by walking. Came in Venice to relax and have fun, this authentic hotel was unique base for doing it. The breakfast was lovely with Cona type coffee and fresh juices, as example, so much to pick from. Had lovely location accessible to key attractions, close to Saint Mark's Square. And we were close to all the main sights in Venice, the opera and airport on departure.
Well, the views were not so good here.

Would recommend this place and would have stayed for longer. The total stay was absolutely amazing for an authentic Venice visit. Liked the European-style building and our air-conditioned room. A personal safe, climate control and a minibar were useful. The location was decent and stunning, just off shops, and vaporetto stop.
